Introductory Class: $35.00
A private, one hour session, scheduled at your convenience, to assess your needs, including a postural analysis and introduce you to Pilates and the equipment involved. This class is conducted one-on-one and is required before joining an ongoing group class.
Private Class: $70.00
One private, one hour session, scheduled at your convenience. The client works with the instructor on their individual needs and goals. This personal training class will be held in a separate studio with you and your instructor. A Private Class includes use of all Pilates equipment; a STOTT PILATES V2 Max Plus Reformer*, Tower, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and all small equipment to challenge your stability.

Private 10-Class Card: $595.00
Ten one hour sessions of private instruction. Purchasing private sessions in bulk reduces the rate from $70.00 to $59.50 per class.

Group Reformer Class: $19.00
A group class consists of 6 individuals to one instructor. Groups pay at the beginning of each month for the number of classes they attend weekly. Groups work out on the Reformers and Mats with the incorporation of small equipment.
Barre Class: $15.00
Barre is a low impact class that will push your muscles to their limit. The class combines elements of ballet, Pilates and Yoga. The exercises rely mainly on one's own body weight for resistance and the moves challenge your core stability and balance. Barre workouts are designed to help build a strong, sleek and streamlined body.
A typical class will be 55 minutes, including a 5-10 minute warm up to rev up your circulation, a 10-15 minute sement with light weights (2-5 pounds) to tone upper body. Next is 20-30 minutes at the ballet barre to sculpt and lengthen feet, legs, glutes and hips. The class finishes up with 10 minutes of floor work, including abdominals and stretching.
