National Pilates Day is Saturday, May 5th.

EveryBody Pilates will be offering a FREE Pilates MAT class, for ages 12 to 100, at 8 am on Saturday, May 5th. This is a great opportunity to feel the wonderful effects Pilates can have on Every Body!!!
